High Fidelity Carajillo

RECIPE

EQUIPMENT
Cocktail shaker
Tumbler glass
 
INGREDIENTS
25ml High Fidelity Triple Sec by Forgotten Spirits 
25ml tequila 
50ml cold espresso or strong filter coffee 
Ice 

Method

Fill the shaker half full with ice, add the triple sec, tequila and coffee.

Secure the lid and shake 30 times to create the foamy texture. 

Remove the small lid and strain into a frozen glass over ice.

Garnish with a small dime of orange zest and serve.
