Not all matcha is created equal. Ours is ceremonial grade, produced by Oyaizu Tea in Shizuoka, Japan - a producer with a single focus: consistency of flavour, batch after batch.
The blend draws on tencha leaves sourced from Shizuoka, Kagoshima, and other leading Japanese growing regions, combined with precision to deliver the same deep, vivid green and rich, rounded flavour every time you open a pouch.
