The King's Coronation Cold Brew Cocktail

INGREDIENTS
240ml Artisan cold brew concentrate
120ml Martini Aperetif
420ml Pineapple juice
30ml Fresh lime juice
120ml Vodka
120ml Soda water
6 slices Lime
6 twists Lemon

Method

In a jug combine the cold brew concentrate, martini aperitif, pineapple juice, vodka and mix well

Chill in the fridge before serving over a glass of ice and finishing off with 20ml of soda water whist stirring gently

Garnish with a slice of lime and a lemon twist.
