Spiced-rum & Coffee Old Fashioned

Makes one drink

INGREDIENTS

40ml Rum Appleton Estate 8 yr

15ml Artisan cold brew concentrate

10ml Spiced Muscovado syrup

4 x Dashes bitters

1 x Long orange twist

In a cocktail tin half filled with large ice cubes, combine the rum, Genius cold brew, spiced syrup & bitters. Stir 30 times to chill down.

To serve, fill a tumbler with large ice cubes, strain the drink over the ice and finish with a large twist of orange.
